Family Weekend Event Submissions

Howdy! Please fill out this form if you are interested in hosting a Family Weekend event. Family Weekend will occur April 10th-12th, 2026. All event submissions are due by Thursday, January 8th. We will have a late submission process but events are not guaranteed to be placed on the schedule and more information about the late submission will not be released until after January 8th. It is okay to submit an event without all information confirmed. However, we will need all information shortly after January 8th for the purpose of the printed Schedule of Events.
